We went to Marquee Mall in Angeles City yesterday to buy some stuff for family. Happy! I know Skinfood has a sale since they informed me via text message weeks back. All of their items in store are marked down. By how much? It depends per product.
And yet again, they have this promo that if you reach this value (P1,000 at least), you’d get freebies. Each amount has different offers. And since I am a member and their loyal customer, they gave me the privilege to choose the freebie. Ha!
Meet my haul!
L-R: Top row – Freebies, to be detailed later, Bottom row – Citron Scalp Care Shampoo and Conditioner Set, Milk Mania Cleansing Foam and Good Afternoon Berry Berry Tea BB Cream SPF 35 PA++
The shampoo and conditioner set is still part of my hair care exploratory when it comes to Korean hair care products. I’m just very happy they have it at discounted price, and no need to buy the big size! I normally run into problems with Korean hair care, so this is a good way to review minimizing the risk and losses.
As for the Milk Mania Foam, I had used this before. But failed to review it due to the lack of photos. And for me to buy it again is something. So watch out for this product!
Lastly, to reach P1,000 to get freebies, I purchased the Good Afternoon BB Cream. I’ve ALWAYS WANTED to get this one, I just don’t have the guts to risk buying it at full price. So when it was on discount, I just had to give it a try.
L-R: Creamy & Moist 50% Shea Butter Body Emulsion (2pcs of sample size), Black Sugar Perfect First Serum, Vita Water Drop CCream SPF35 PA+++ (2pcs of sample size), Honey Black Tea Jelly Foam and Skinfood Newsletter Vol. 32 on the Royal Honey Glow Moisturizing Line.
I am just very happy with my freebies! I really would LOVE to try the Vita Water Drop C Cream. And rather glad that they gave me some samples. Dying to try it!
Also, they did offer me a new line, somewhat similar to the Tomato Line: Black Pomegranate Line. I think this was released October 2013? I wanted to try it but I still have some more Tomato Toner and Serum. This is definitely intruging and has the same price point with the Tomato Line. I’ve wanted to check the Platinum Grape Cell, but it’s so expensive given that Skinfood is a low-priced Korean brand. Sigh! And I’ve been lazy with toners to lately. But when I started the habit again (with the Tomato Line), it did help me recover my old skin type again. Should I jump and try it? Or will it fail me like Omija? Hmm…
Well, that’s all for now. I would have to contemplate on having the Platinum Grape Cell Line or the Black Pomegranate Line. I’ve been having a bad run-ins with a lot of facial foams and hair cares lately.
