Haru’s Product Haul: February – March 2014 (The Body Shop, Tony Moly, Missha, Etude House, Skinfood, EOS, Stilla and Victoria’s Secret)

A gloomy summer day everyone! It’s been EXTREMELY HOT here on my side of the planet for the last few weeks. And today, as I came home from work, it’s very gloomy – for summer, at least. It’s been raining like cats and dogs on the other parts of the country. But here in one of the CBD’s, it’s been scorching. So it’s very nice to have a cloudy/gloomy morning, once in a while. I know a lot of yo would trade in your Gotham City for my city. Summer’s such a perfect beach weather, except that you’re not in the beach. Aww. 😦

And another way to brighten up one’s make-up fan day is with a haul!

February 2014

For my February Haul, I never had gotten a chance to capture them as a haul. So bare with me on this one.???????????????????????????????

This is The Body Shop’s Brush Collection 2013. I’ve always had my eyes on this. I only bought this just last February since they were depleting their stocks. So I had to get it!

??????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????

At the time I bought the Brush Collection, the store had a promo that if I had to reach a certain amount to get a freebie. And I was VERY close to it. So I made the following purchases:

  • Blackhead Remover Tool (which I was looking for)
  • Vitamin C Microdermabrasion (looking for an alternative facial scrub)
  • Cranberry Joy Lip Balm (not in photo, but I just can’t get enough of these cranberry lipbalms!

???????????????????????????????

Here’s my The Body Shop freebies! Travel size Shower Shea Shower Cream and Body Butter. The Body Shop is extravagant on their freebies. Thank you The Body Shop!

Also, during February, The Skinfood had a sale. 50%! How did I know? They sent me a text message, of course! All I bought was:

???????????????????????????????

The Chocolate Makes You More Sweet & Deep Choco Smoky Volume Mascara in #2 Choco Brown. Apprarently, there are 2 colors of mascara from this line: #1 Choco Black (dark black-brown), and mine which is #2 Choco Brown. I’m quite a fan of brown mascaras so this is ok. How I wish this was dark blue, though!

And now… For my March Haul!IMG_0517

L-R: Stilla’s Portrait of a Perfect Blush, EOS Blueberry Acai Lipbalm, Tony Moly’s Backstage Gel Eyeliner in Pearl Black, Missha’s The Style Sheer Fluid Blusher in #03 Sugar Apricot, Etude House’s Surprise Concealer Kit in #2 Dark Circle Brightening, Happy Skin’s Shut Up and Kiss Me in My First Time, EOS Lemon Drop Lip Balm, Victoria Secret’s Secret Sexy Little Things Heartbreaker Eau de Parfum (50ml) and Live Pink Pressed Petals Eau De Parfum.

They are arranged that manner above due to how I got them.

  • Bought from relatives: Stilla’s Portrait of a Perfect Blush and EOS Blueberry Acai Lipbalm

My relatives plans to put up an online store, focusing on American-based beauty products. Her first set had this items -Stilla and EOS – plus some Benefit (which I already have). So if you have some American-based beauty products you want to purchase, you might want to course it to her. She doesn’t have an online account yet, though.

  • Bought from one of my online resellers, Han Ryu: Tony Moly’s Backstage Gel Eyeliner in Pearl Black, Missha’s The Style Sheer Fluid Blusher in #03 Sugar Apricot, Etude House’s Surprise Concealer Kit in #2 Dark Circle Brightening

My online reseller had a sale. I got 3 items that I really love to get, but still on the fence. In the mall, Missha’s prices are exaggerated! I was very happy when she had a sale. 🙂 She recently had an auction to which I participated (first time) and got an item I wanted. Yay! Waiting for her reply though on what to do next. 🙂

  • Got as gifts for Christmas: Happy Skin’s Shut Up and Kiss Me in My First Time, EOS Lemon Drop Lip Balm, Victoria Secret’s Secret Sexy Little Things Heartbreaker Eau de Parfum (50ml) and Live Pink Pressed Petals Eau De Parfum

I was lucky enough that my officemates gave me Happy Skin and EOS. I saw Happy Skin in some stores – they are relatively new here in the malls, but not quite sure in getting one. As for EOS, this is my first EOS lipbalm! Thank you so much!

As for the 2 perfumes, they were gifts from my relatives in the US. Thank you so much! I love the fragrances.

I had received another gift – an EOS lipbalm in Mint but I was not able to get a photo for this post. 😦 It arrived a little late. Oh well. Nevertheless, Mint is my favorite lipbalm flavor. Aside from Coca Cola, that is.

Conclusion: This is going to be an EOS year! LOL! On the account that I received 3 EOS balms in a span of a month!

Hope you enjoyed my haul like I did. 🙂

On other news: I recently used one of the items I got in my Benefit Advent Calendar – Benefit’s BADgal Lash Mascara (from Day 14). I’m loving it so far. 🙂 I still love They’re Real better though.
