It’s day 63 of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in my country due to COVID-9. While the whole world waits for the vaccine, a grand majority of us is in our homes, trying our best not to overwhelm our health care system more. With this comes with work arrangements for us to be working from home. Being work from home has its perks:
Savings in time from my daily drive. Nope, didn’t miss the traffic – not even one bit. Imagine, 1.5-2hrs of rush hour traffic, one-way for 9-12 km! It’s insane.
I get to sleep longer since I don’t need to wake up so early – like 4:30AM early for work. My daily drive and prep adds to my sleep time which is awesome.
Savings from gas. I think I saved around $23.53 per week, or that’s been around $211.76 in total
I get to eat meals with my family. In fact, I also get to eat meals on-time regularly and healthy snacks.
I don’t have to think what to wear daily – except when I have video conferences.
With gaining time, I managed to clear out my closet, drawers, and room.
Also, I get to consistently do my skin care routine. I get to regularly do facial masks now!
Speaking of skin care, my holy grail quarantine skin care are:
Photo does not include yet the mask and facial cleansers, masks! If I will count the number of steps I have, in total, I have around 13 steps? But I don’t do all 13 everyday
I was out today to do some adulting errands (car maintenance), so I was in Eastwood killing my time. I spent it as reading, eating (no dinner from last night, no breakfast and it was lunch), roaming around the mall and movies.
Will I was on my way to watch Alita, I came across this store:
Out of sheer curiosity, I came in and I was mind-blown! I met one of the owners herself!
Hello! It’s been a while since I last posted. Like, a year, 3 months and 4 days ago to be exact. I had been quite busy with the past few months. A lot of changes, a lot of happenings and I had been to places since my last decent post. You can say, it has been very well.
Yet, I still find myself in the same place I was more than a year ago – having my car maintenance. Hehehe
I’m extremely bored waiting for them to finish with my car repairs.
Normally, I give praises to good food, good restaurant, good make-up, good skin care and good customer service.
This time around, what I received was the worst-of-the-worst customer service I ever experienced so far. I pass the award to: Globe . I hyperlinked it so you can see what I’m talking about. I know it’s too early to crown that, it’s just March!
Exactly how long were we subscribed to Globe Broadband Internet? Probably around 3 years.

Hello! I know I have been in hiatus for 8 months. Let’s put it as 2016 has been a crazy year – crazy enough to test my wits in all aspects of my life. It’s the most challenging year in my entire life (so far!). I’ve been stuck in between a rock and a hard place, but I’m quite glad 2016 has come to an end.
And now, moving forward to 2017! I’m claiming that this year will be a great year. This year, I’ll run after the things I like doing, and blogging being one of them. :3 I have loads of offline content I’ve been building up since my hiatus. I’ve been to places – as far as USA! It was work, but hey, it’s a new opportunity for me in my working life. I had fun even if I came home sick. Hehehe.
Hope to see you more this year! Cheers to a great year ahead! More finances, more pleasant and unique experiences and more on chasing after hobbies! ❤ ❤ ❤
Good Day! And a belated Happy New Year to you! I missed posting for say…. 4-5 months? I’ve been busy with a lot of stuff like work, personal life, and gaming. Come to think of it, I’ve been going out a whole lot less lately due to gaming. Hehehe.
So to start of with the my first post of the year right, I’d go to the product I love dearly. It’s Benefit’s the POREfessional Primer.
I came across this over my fave make-up blogger years back. I got so curious so I asked a friend of mine to get me a set with this primer and their popular tint in the US. And the rest is history.
I had been busy with gaming work for months already. I guess it’s my way of an escape (aside from all sorts of stuff I’ve been doing). Why do I exactly play online games? Isn’t it a bit contradicting to expectations – girl ❤ make-up (and spend tons over it) and MMORPG? Let me count the ways.
I’ve been playing Guild Wars 2 since… October 2012 (NA Server – Blackgate). BUT! My account got banned since they thought my card, the one I used to pay for my account, was a stolen card (WHAT!?!?!). It got reversed so totally fine. I recreated my character last week of December 2012, still in NA Server, Blackgate, and the rest is history. So you might think I might be a pro at this point. NAH! I only get to play Friday and Saturday nights (not even every week), sometimes Sunday, and no-work-next-day nights (or no work day). I haven’t been consistently online – just casual… Extremely casual.
After 3 years since game launch, they finally released their major patch yet – Heart of Thorns – last October 23, 2015. And I did pre-purchase it a week before launch.
More on my Guild Wars 2 Adventure right after the jump! Welcome to my alternate world – Tyria!
NOTE TO READER: This is a text and picture heavy post. This is also lengthy. This has nothing to do with reviews (sort of). If you are looking for one, kindly refer to the post previous to this or, utilize the search bar on the right, and type “Review”.
Gah~~~ I am supposed to write a ton of work-related stuff but I can’t seem to get the ball rolling. I was dozing off. Blame my extreme gaming schedule during weekends! I spent the weekend running around with Faerie Law (FL) in the new maps and in WvW. This is the guild I just joined recently. I think I did mention it in my last post. We captured our Guild Hall after a few attempts (around 3-4 times last Friday, while getting it the first time last Saturday). Anyway, I’ll write about our Guild Wars adventures, plus the first expansion (after 3 years!) of Guild Wars 2 on a different post. I hope it won’t be too far off.
But to keep my creative writing juices up, I figured I should do a product review. A LONG overdue one.
One thing I hate about mascaras is the need to purchase one every 3 months. They shouldn’t be sitting in your drawers, bags, whatever, more than that. Before dropping home, I decided to go to the mall to pick up a mascara. Had to say good bye to my Benefit Mascara and replace with a new, fresh mascara. I picked up Majolica Majorca’s Lash King in Brown 666!
Why brown? Why not deep black? Shouldn’t mascaras match your hair color? What’s wrong with the number ? To find out, continue reading!
