Haru’s Thoughts: Rainy June 2018

Haru’s Thoughts: Rainy June 2018

Hello! It’s been a while since I last posted. Like, a year, 3 months and 4 days ago to be exact. I had been quite busy with the past few months. A lot of changes, a lot of happenings and I had been to places since my last decent post. You can say, it has been very well.

Yet, I still find myself in the same place I was more than a year ago – having my car maintenance. Hehehe

I’m extremely bored waiting for them to finish with my car repairs.

Globe Broadband Internet: Customer Service Review

Normally, I give praises to good food, good restaurant, good make-up, good skin care and good customer service.

This time around, what I received was the worst-of-the-worst customer service I ever experienced so far. I pass the award to: Globe . I hyperlinked it so you can see what I’m talking about. I know it’s too early to crown that, it’s just March!

Exactly how long were we subscribed to Globe Broadband Internet? Probably around 3 years.

Jump below to see the details.

Happy 2017!!!

Hello! I know I have been in hiatus for 8 months. Let’s put it as 2016 has been a crazy year – crazy enough to test my wits in all aspects of my life. It’s the most challenging year in my entire life (so far!).  I’ve been stuck in between a rock and a hard place, but I’m quite glad 2016 has come to an end.

And now, moving forward to 2017! I’m claiming that this year will be a great year. This year, I’ll run after the things I like doing, and blogging being one of them. :3 I have loads of offline content I’ve been building up since my hiatus. I’ve been to places – as far as USA! It was work, but hey, it’s a new opportunity for me in my working life. I had fun even if I came home sick. Hehehe.

Hope to see you more this year! Cheers to a great year ahead! More finances, more pleasant and unique experiences and more on chasing after hobbies! ❤ ❤ ❤

Haru’s Thoughts: My Guild Wars 2 Adventure (So Far)

Haru’s Thoughts: My Guild Wars 2 Adventure (So Far)

Hi Everyone!

I had been busy with gaming work for months already. I guess it’s my way of an escape (aside from all sorts of stuff I’ve been doing). Why do I exactly play online games? Isn’t it a bit contradicting to expectations – girl ❤ make-up (and spend tons over it) and MMORPG? Let me count the ways.

I’ve been playing Guild Wars 2 since… October 2012 (NA Server – Blackgate). BUT! My account got banned since they thought my card, the one I used to pay for my account, was a stolen card (WHAT!?!?!). It got reversed so totally fine. I recreated my character last week of December 2012, still in NA Server, Blackgate, and the rest is history. So you might think I might be a pro at this point. NAH! I only get to play Friday and Saturday nights (not even every week), sometimes Sunday, and no-work-next-day nights (or no work day). I haven’t been consistently online – just casual… Extremely casual.

After 3 years since game launch, they finally released their major patch yet – Heart of Thorns – last October 23, 2015. And I did pre-purchase it a week before launch.

More on my Guild Wars 2 Adventure right after the jump! Welcome to my alternate world – Tyria!

NOTE TO READER: This is a text and picture heavy post. This is also lengthy. This has nothing to do with reviews (sort of). If you are looking for one, kindly refer to the post previous to this or, utilize the search bar on the right, and type “Review”.

Haru’s Thoughts: Hobby Update!

Haru’s Thoughts: Hobby Update!

Hello. My walking world is like a rollercoaster for the past few months – both  good and bad. In all aspects of my life. Whole lot of stuff had happened that I had never expected. Looking back last year, exactly same time last year, I wouldn’t think I’d be where I am now and still thrive. Maybe when I recap my 2015 during my slow days (will there be one?), I will definitely wonder how I managed to survive this roller coaster year.

How do I anyway? From my hobbies which comprises of (not in any order):

  • Make-up and Skin Care
  • Writing and Drawing
  • Coloring —- this is something new!
  • Searching for nice places to eat – But I try to lessen this since I’m gaining weigh >.<
  • Anime (at times, this is a stressful one when I’m in the WHERE IS THE NEXT EPISODE?!?!?!?! mode)
  • MMORPG (but returning from time-to-time, console!)

NOTE TO READER: This is a text-heavy post. This has nothing to do with reviews or anything of that matter. Kindly refer to the post previous to this, the next ones or make use of the search function – type REVIEWS.

Haru’s Thoughts: Very Grateful for Today (and for Everything!)

Haru’s Thoughts: Very Grateful for Today (and for Everything!)

No. This is not a farewell to whatever post, ok. Just to keep it clear.

I’ve been out for a while yet again. Life had a whirlwind of surprises in store for me so far. In a way that it made me very preoccupied – Family, Work, Anime and MMORPG! If I could only have more time within the day.

But given with the life’s hullabaloos, it is important that you stop and smell the roses, and be grateful for the things you have. Like this!

Haru’s Thoughts: Motolite’s Express Hatid Experience

So I have been in a hiatus for 2 months after purchase of my domain, and then I blog about car batteries!?!?!

You see, I’m having car issues for 1-2 years already. I guess my good o’l car is, for lack of a creative description, old. Oh but we did have good days. Anyway, this morning, I tried starting my car, and it won’t budge! Luckily, my folks won’t be using their car today so I get to borrow it. Benefits of staying at your folk’s home. However, they will be using that car tomorrow.  The other car, well, it’s manual transmission – which would take me A WHOLE LOT OF TIME to understand that thing! I have 9 hrs to re-learn, assuming I won’t be sleeping. Therefore, I HAD to get mine fixed when I arrive home, after work and some chores. With that, I get to try out, not because I want to, rather, I HAD TO, the 24-hr service anywhere of Motolite, which they call EXPRESS HATID. Reader, hold your horses before you order. This is only applicable to Manila and Key Cities.

Sometimes, I think that my car is alive and knows exactly when to act up. But hey, a little rain in your parade is bound to teach you a thing or two in the real world. 😉

Click below for more details on my Motolite Express Hatid experience!

NOTE TO READER: This is text-heavy since I didn’t take ANY PHOTOS. They had fixed it at 9:50PM, against the garage light, all thanks to the hood of my car.

Haru’s Thoughts: New Domain! New Layout!

Haru’s Thoughts: New Domain! New Layout!

Happy New Year! I know I’m late again. I’ve been crazily preoccupied these days so I try to be as free as possible so I could play Guild Wars write. Hehehe. I have so much stuff in my mind that is non-work related.

Take it as me being FREE! Yeah, there had been changes now which I am somewhat grateful for. But before life in general, I did accomplish (though 13 days late) to get myself a domain! Yahoo!

Why change a domain? Because…..

NOTE TO READER: If you’re after some reviews, please refer to the previous or next post. This is just me sharing life. Oh and this will be text heavy.

2014 in review

I just thought of sharing this. 🙂

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The Louvre Museum has 8.5 million visitors per year. This blog was viewed about 82,000 times in 2014. If it were an exhibit at the Louvre Museum, it would take about 4 days for that many people to see it.

It’s a good thing the event got postponed initially so I was able to manage to convince myself to come.

See you there perhaps? I might not cover the event after since I guess 700+ other bloggers will be covering it anyway? Hahahaha!
