A gloomy summer day everyone! It’s been EXTREMELY HOT here on my side of the planet for the last few weeks. And today, as I came home from work, it’s very gloomy – for summer, at least. It’s been raining like cats and dogs on the other parts of the country. But here in one of the CBD’s, it’s been scorching. So it’s very nice to have a cloudy/gloomy morning, once in a while. I know a lot of yo would trade in your Gotham City for my city. Summer’s such a perfect beach weather, except that you’re not in the beach. Aww. 😦
And another way to brighten up one’s make-up fan day is with a haul!

This is a long overdue post. I had this photo in my ready-to-post but I just can’t seem to gather thoughts to put it into writing.
One of the fantastic products I picked up from Missha is this: Signature Extreme Cover Concealer in No. 21 Light Beige.
It’s nice and sparkly and comes with a brush!

How was your holidays so far? Mine has been uneventful due to work. I had to go to work for nothing when I should have been on leave! Right now, I’m in my relative’s house doing absolutely nothing, when my special someone promised we’d go out. And by some circumstance, he found yet AGAIN another reason not to fulfill what he promised. So please don’t expect me to be all happy about it.
And because of my idle time, I decided to write this overdue post.
Few months back, I wanted to try this popular BB cream from Missha. But I don’t really go to work with full make-up on my face, so I get to try this when I go out. Or when I hang out in the house, trying new make-up. I’m just too lazy to put a lot of make-up so early in the morning when I go to work.

It’s been raining here in my country for days! News said yesterday’s rainfall was like a month’s worth of rainfall. Hope the sun will come out tomorrow ( I lifted that off from Annie).
And since I have a few days off from work (not that I wanted to, but I just can’t go to work due to floods), it had given me an opportunity to arrange my files and finally come up with a decent review. Yes, tons of backlogs. Again. On with the review!
After a few tests of facial foams/cleansing foams from Tony Moly, I moved on to Missha. Tony Moly just didn’t cut it for me. I haven’t told you yet the deal breaker, but maybe on the next 2-3 pots, you should see it soon. So why Missha? Few months back, Missha opened up a satellite store in Megamall, which gave me an opportunity to try it out. And when I asked for what’s their best seller when it comes to facial foam, they gave me this.
Creamy Latte Greentea Cleansing Foam.

I know, I know. I’ve been so absent lately. So long hiatus in posting here! It’s not that I’m lazy. I’m so swamped with work for since April til June, with my long-awaited promotion is in jeopardy. It’s a make-or-break, so I had to allocate time.
But since I’m in somewhat calm waters right now (or burned out to do anything), I’ve decided to finally post. When I wasn’t posting, it doesn’t mean I’m not trying out stuff. I did try a lot of stuff (which adds more backlog than I already have). And I hauled. A LOT. Last haul I posted was last January, which makes such a good time to show my hauls since March til June.

I know I haven’t been posting lately – work, personal life, and health issues. Been sick for the past few days, and such a horrible timing too!
Since I’m sick, I don’t normally try new items. Most of my skin care is currently at HG items (except for facial wash, hehe!). Likewise to some make-up.
However, what I was busy to for the past few days was hauling items. Yes, hauling. And almost every week, I would get something off the store.
See what are my recent hauls!

Lazy Monday morning. First workday after a 4 day weekend. Imagine how sluggish I am now. But I know we have this deadline to conquer and it is fast approaching. I bet I’d be going overtime today (hoping not too early for tomorrow kind). Apologies to my good friend that I will be missing out on your birthday celebration later. Don’t want to keep your hopes up that I’d make it on time. Sigh!
Because of the many, many times last month that I had been literally burning the midnight oil, my panda eyes are as prevalent as ever. And I don’t think my eye cream is strong enough to hold reign of terror. The only way I can go to get rid of it, at least for the day, is by using concealers.
And what perfect way to test one of my newest concealers in the pack from Missha.

I am going to be busy soon. My new boss just talked to me so it kinda ate up my time for today’s blog.
I’d like to share with you my recent hauls. So this is some stuff you’d be expecting that will pop-up soon, after I’ve finished my backlogs. I won’t be posting prices, by the way. I’ll show them once I get to review them. I don’t have a consolidated photo of them since I was in a hurry to take photos. I’m hiding this stash from the authorities (a.k.a. parents).
